We’ve successfully used Insightworks onboarding and training software at the White River sawmill to train new hires and are beginning to use it for employees moving to new positions. This highly innovative product makes training visual and provides practical tools to support operators.

The group at Insightworks have worked with our team at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care over the past 2 years. The first phase was to develop our Orientation and Planning Maps, the second phase was building a series of Learning Maps and supporting our new facility Orientation and Training activities.
